Job Title: Line Leader / Senior Operative
Location: Watnall, Nottingham
So, what’s it all about?
In your new role as our Production Line Leader you will play a vital role overseeing and supporting a smooth and efficient production process within our Nottingham bakery. This role is not for someone who prefers to stay behind a desk, instead you’ll love being on the ground working shoulder to shoulder with your team. You’ll enjoy being hands-on, inspiring, and motivating working alongside your team to support them to achieve their best, thinking quickly on your feet and striving for top-notch results.
To truly excel in this role you will be proactive and engaging, collaboration and an eye for detail will come naturally to you. Your focus will be on leading and coaching the production team whilst ensuring adherence to company and legal standards including safety, hygiene, quality, and delivery, supporting our production lines and stepping in to support our Front Line Managers in our drive for continuous improvement.

The Key Requirements
- 1 year of experience within a similar production supervisory, team leader, or managerial role
- Manufacturing experience
- Health & Safety Awareness
