Role Summary
The Line Maintenance Control (LMC) Engineer is responsible for all technical matters to ensure the continuity of the flying operation with the quick and efficient resolution of any technical issues that develop during production. The engineer will coordinate and control all maintenance requirements related to the line operation, ensuring fast and effective recovery to expedite the return to service of the aircraft by the allocation of resources and spares, whilst guaranteeing continued communication with the wider business.

Position Details
- Start: ASAP
- Location: East Midlands Airport
- Type: Permanent Position
- Shift Pattern: 12-hour day and 12-hour night shifts on a fixed roster system. 1 working weekend every 6th week. Some working from home shifts included in the current scheduled roster.

Experience Required
- Valid EASA B1 and/or B2 License or ICOA equivalent (Desirable)
- Current HF, FTS Level 2, and EWIS (Desirable)
- Engineering qualification – HND Level or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 Years Aviation Line and/or Base Maintenance Experience
- Skills on type (B737/ATR) or similar
- Must be proactive, self-motivated & confident self-starter
