Due to continued growth across our business, we are looking for experienced Line Minders to join our team.

About The Line Minder Position
- £14.23 per hour basic rate, plus excellent shift premiums
- 40.5 hours per week
- Shift pattern: 3pm to 11pm
In this role you will take responsibility for operating and maintaining production lines to meet stretching targets and quality standards. You will ensure that prior to start up all preparation procedures relating to the days production requirements are completed. Line set ups and changeovers are key to the success of this role.
Previous experience of running a production line is desirable, although further training will be given. Basic engineering skills would be desirable, but not essential.
We want keen, enthusiastic people who are self-motivated and committed to excellent work standards. Candidates must have satisfactory literacy and numeracy skills. Experience of the food manufacturing industry is preferable.
