Working hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, overtime available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Wages: £14.75 per hour up to 40 hours, overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily start up and Glass & Plastic sheets done correctly & on time on AFP
- Ensuring all products from the machine are packed/sealed/with the correct print and traceability and within legal parameters in both weight and quality
- Monitor/communicate/report progress, downtime & staffing to Pre-pack Team leader
- Report issues to Pre-pack team leader & Maintenance in a timely manner through either face to face or by the Factory groups
- Pro-actively communicate with staff, Line leaders, Team leaders & Managers
- Pro-actively support continuous improvements
- Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping & GMP
- Support end of shift Hygiene needs by ensuring staff are compliant with the planned "Clean down"
- Meet all GMP & H&S Targets
- Follow and complete the production plan in line with the current bag rates.
- Take on any other duties as required or what is deemed necessary for the needs of the business
