We’re looking for an experienced Lining Engineer to join our growing Midlands team!
You’ll be helping to deliver essential drainage rehabilitation works, carrying out patching and repair activity that keeps critical water networks operating efficiently. You’ll use specialist equipment and techniques to diagnose issues, complete repairs and provide long-lasting solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lining Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out patching work on drainage systems using RSM Sewertronics UV system
- Assessing pipe conditions and identifying appropriate repair solutions
- Producing accurate and high-quality reports and records of completed works
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety, quality and environmental standards
- Carrying out routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Acting as a key point of contact on site, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
We operate a 24/7 service, so you will need to be flexible with early starts, weekend working and out of hours working across the UK.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally, you’ll bring previous experience in a similar role, a safety-focused approach to work as well as:

- Previous experience working on a patching rig, using a lining kit and cutting equipment.
- Confined Space & Street Works certifications
- High pressure water jetting, water hygiene and banksperson training
- Experience within drainage, utilities or wastewater industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Fantastic attention to detail, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lead site activities and maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance
