About the Role:
Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for a new Lining Site Supervisor to report into the Lining Project manager, based at our Bradford office. The role will be covering contracts with the lining division. This role is best suited to somebody who thrives in running a team with excellent man management skills and strong communication skills, who can work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate for the Site Supervisor vacancy MUST hold a UK driving licence.

Location: Bradford, Yorkshire
Hours: 50 hours per week, 07.00am-17:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work available.
Salary: Depending on Experience
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
- Support the project manager in planning and management of the lining teams.
- Strong Man Management skills are essential.
- Audits, compliance, and site safety in line with company policies and health and safety.
- Problem-solving – analytical skills.
- Customer interaction.
- Client interaction.
- Fleet and plant management.
- Monitoring productivity.
- Excellent housekeeping, whilst adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Providing positive and innovative input to the team.
- Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.
- Demonstrate leadership.
- Attend meetings at various sites on a weekly basis to discuss potential works and CPI’s.
- Daily management of live work bank, which will require liaising with client and lining team daily and reacting to live high priority jobs.

Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong Management experience essential.
- Customer and client interaction, at all levels.
- Competent in IT.
- All aspects of patching, lining, and robotic cutting.
- Team player.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work to deadlines and be reactive to the business needs.
- A great work ethic.
