Role Description
The Link Building & Outreach Executive is a remote role responsible for planning and executing link building campaigns to support clients’ SEO objectives. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Identifying relevant websites and publishers
- Conducting outreach via email and other channels
- Negotiating placement opportunities
- Tracking acquired backlinks

The role also involves:
- Researching prospects
- Maintaining organized outreach lists
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Reporting results to internal stakeholders
The executive collaborates with SEO and content teams to align link building efforts with overall digital strategies, while consistently following ethical and white-hat link building practices.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and link building best practices, including white-hat outreach methods.
- Experience in email outreach, prospecting, and relationship management with bloggers, webmasters, and publishers.
- Ability to research and evaluate websites for relevance, authority, and suitability for backlink opportunities.
- Proficiency with common SEO and outreach tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or outreach platforms, analytics tools).
- Clear and professional written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort working with international markets and diverse audiences; multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO, or link building is preferred; relevant training or certification is an advantage.
