About SignalsAPI
We're SignalsAPI. We monitor 290+ sources to spot hiring signals — new job postings, funding rounds, company news — and turn them into warm leads for recruitment and staffing agencies. Our customers are agency owners, mostly UK and US.
We're hiring one person to make us a name those people recognise.
This is not a sales role. Everything below depends on that, so it's worth reading twice.
The Job
Spend part of every day where recruitment agency owners spend theirs. Read what they read. Comment on their posts — properly, with a real reaction, a question, a counterpoint. Not "Great insight!" Connect with them. Get to the point where they know who you are before anyone at SignalsAPI ever tries to sell them anything.
Then tell us weekly what you're seeing: what's landing, what the arguments are about, who's worth watching.
What This Job Is Not
- No pitching. You will never send a sales message.
- No sequences, no campaigns, no Expandi, Apollo or Lemlist. Nothing automated.
- No meeting quota. Nobody is counting your booked calls, because you won't be booking any.

You can talk about split fees, PSLs and rebates without looking them up, and you already know a chunk of this audience. And you write well — which is the rarer half of the combination.

Requirements
- Written English at native or near-native level. Everything you produce here is public, permanent, and read by the people we sell to.
- A LinkedIn profile with a pulse. If you haven't posted or commented in the last month, this isn't your role, whatever your CV says.
- Available during UK working hours, at least in part.

Terms
- Part-time — roughly four hours a day, but every day. Consistency beats volume here and it isn't close. Fully remote.
- Pay range depending on background.
- Long-term: this takes six to eight weeks before anything compounds, and we know that going in.
