Monolith is a Dubai-based Web3 crypto hedge fund founded in 2023, bringing together expertise in financial markets, investment banking, macroeconomics, and legal domains.
Role Description
The LinkedIn Creator will be responsible for building and enhancing Monolith’s brand presence on LinkedIn through consistent, high-quality content and audience engagement. This full-time remote role includes planning and publishing thought leadership posts, market insights, and firm updates, while adapting complex Web3 and macroeconomic concepts into clear and compelling narratives.

- Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for social media, particularly LinkedIn, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional posts.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media strategy, with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and analytics-driven optimization.
- Solid understanding of crypto, Web3, DeFi, and financial markets, or a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn these domains quickly.
- Proficiency in basic visual content creation (e.g., simple graphics, slides, or carousels) and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail, grammar, and brand tone consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience managing a professional LinkedIn profile or page, preferably in finance, technology, or startup environments, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
