Job
We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to support the development of our corporate partnerships programme.
The role will initially focus on developing relationships within the UK sports, leisure and venue sectors.
We already have an established LinkedIn network of approximately 2,000 connections, including a significant number of existing relationships across sport, sponsorship, commercial partnerships and business.
We are looking for someone who can help us unlock the potential within this existing network while simultaneously identifying and developing completely new prospects.
This is not a social-media content or follower-growth role. The objective is straightforward: generate relevant commercial conversations and qualified meetings.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse and segment an existing network of approximately 2,000 LinkedIn connections.
- Identify relevant sports, sponsorship, venue and commercial decision-makers within that network.
- Develop professional re-engagement campaigns for existing contacts.
- Research and identify new target organisations and decision-makers.
- Build new prospect lists using LinkedIn and appropriate prospecting tools.
- Develop personalised outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Manage responses and identify genuine commercial opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings with our Corporate Partnerships Director.
- Maintain an organised record of prospects, conversations and follow-ups.
- Provide a simple weekly report covering activity, responses, meetings and pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We value quality over volume. We are not looking for indiscriminate mass messaging or activity that could put our established LinkedIn network at risk.
What we’re looking for
You should be able to demonstrate previous LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns and, ideally, provide examples of the results you’ve achieved.
When applying, please include:
- A brief overview of your LinkedIn lead-generation experience.
- Examples of previous B2B campaigns and results.
- How you would approach an existing network of approximately 2,000 connections.
- How you would generate new prospects outside that network.
- What LinkedIn/prospecting tools you normally use.
- Your availability and expected monthly/freelance fee.
Please note: this is a lead-generation and appointment-setting role rather than a general social-media management position.
