Role Description
The LinkedIn Optimization Specialist is a full-time remote role focused on enhancing clients’ visibility, credibility, and lead generation on LinkedIn. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to define LinkedIn strategies, manage optimization projects, and maintain consistent messaging across personal and corporate profiles.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret LinkedIn metrics and optimize performance
- Clear and professional Communication skills for client collaboration, copywriting, and stakeholder updates
- Experience in Optimization, including profile, content, and campaign optimization within LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Solid Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple LinkedIn optimization initiatives on schedule
- Relevant experience with LinkedIn marketing, social media strategy, or B2B lead generation is beneficial
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools and broader digital marketing concepts is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
