Role Description
The LinkedIn Outbound Sales Rep role is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities through targeted LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers in financial services and related sectors. In this position, the individual will:

Daily activities include:
- Engaging prospects via LinkedIn messages and InMail
- Qualifying leads through structured conversations
- Booking sales calls for senior team members
The role involves:
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
- Tracking outreach metrics
- Collaborating with the internal team to refine messaging and outbound strategies
This role requires consistent follow-up, professional communication, and the ability to represent technical cold email infrastructure solutions in a clear and compelling way.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills, with experience in B2B environments.
- Solid Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, list building, and qualification.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools, and experience selling into the finance niche or professional services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, results-driven setting, with the ability to manage outreach volumes and meet activity and conversion targets.
- Prior experience with CRM systems, outbound sales workflows, and basic understanding of cold email or outbound infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to testing and improving messaging and outreach tactics.
