Role Overview
Re:link is working with an international bank to hire an Equity Capital Markets lawyer to support its ECM business on a broad range of domestic and cross-border equity transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work closely with front office and internal stakeholders on high-profile transactions, supporting deals from launch through to execution. The role would suit someone who is confident managing documentation, coordinating multiple parties, and providing practical legal support in a fast-paced environment. You will provide legal and transaction support to the Equity Capital Markets business, including advising on, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating documentation across a range of ECM transactions. You will work closely with business teams and other internal stakeholders to help manage the legal and transactional process efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The work will involve assisting with:
- Share offerings, including domestic and international offerings
- Initial public offerings
- Follow-on offerings
- Real estate investment trust offerings
- Convertible bond issues
- Transactions structured under Regulation S and Rule 144A formats

The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Proven ECM experience gained in a law firm, financial institution, or similar environment
- Experience advising on cross-border equity transactions
- Familiarity with Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and document management skills
- The ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage competing deadlines
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions
- Strong judgement, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset
