About The Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Embedded Linux Software Developer with Open-Source exposure to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing consulting services to our clients in the areas of Embedded Linux, including Bootloaders, Linux Kernel, and Linux Distributions. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing, integrating, debugging, and testing software across various products and customer environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to work on diverse projects that challenge their technical skills. The role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to work from home while maintaining close communication with our global team and clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in embedded Linux development, including familiarity with Bootloaders, Linux Kernel, and Linux Distributions.
- Strong understanding of open-source Linux projects and communities.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with cross-compilation, debugging tools, and hardware interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Prior consulting experience or experience working directly with clients is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and optimize Embedded Linux systems tailored to client requirements.
- Design and implement Bootloaders, Linux Kernel modules, and Linux distributions.
- Perform integration, debugging, and testing of embedded Linux solutions across different hardware platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable embedded solutions.
- Provide technical consulting and support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay updated with the latest advancements in Linux and embedded systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and technical procedures.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to promote skill development within the team.
