Linux Platform Engineer / DevOps

Location: London / WFH

Salary: up to £100k

About the Role

As a Linux Platform Engineer you'll contribute to architectural decisions, infrastructure automation, and platform improvements. You'll have the autonomy to solve complex technical challenges, introduce new ideas, and continually improve the tooling, processes, and cloud services that enable engineering teams to deliver quickly and confidently.

Location / WFH

You'll join a highly talented, diverse team in the London office twice a week where you can enjoy a great team atmosphere with free lunches and problem-solving sessions.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS including Systems Engineering / Administration experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Scripting experience and belief in automation
  • Experience of designing and implementing scalable systems capable of handling high loads
  • Comfortable with AI tools
  • Good knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, Azure preferred
  • Familiar with infrastructure provisioning tools e.g. IaC, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, AWS CloudFormation
  • Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
