Go-Flow Ltd is a leading supplier and installer of underfloor heating and liquid flow screed, operating from Crawley in the South East. The company delivers high-quality, reliable installation of Screed & UFH. Go-Flow Ltd works with a wide range of clients, from residential to commercial, providing efficient and modern flooring and heating solutions. Team members are part of a hands-on, trade-focused environment where safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are priorities.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Crawley for a Liquid Screed & Underfloor Heating Installer. The role involves preparing sites for installation, setting out and installing underfloor heating systems, and pouring and pouring liquid screed to required specifications. Daily tasks include reading plans and measurements, ensuring correct materials and tools are available, and maintaining equipment in good working order. The installer will work as part of a team, follow health and safety procedures, liaise with site managers and clients, and complete job documentation and reports. Travelling across the South East.

Qualifications

- Practical experience in underfloor heating installation, Liquid Screed & Latex, with strong understanding of pipe layouts and system components.
- Experience in liquid screed application, including site preparation, pouring, leveling, and finishing to industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and installation plans accurately.
- Knowledge of construction site health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling and use of tools and equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work in varied site conditions, including early starts and occasional overtime.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to different project locations as required.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in plumbing, heating, flooring, or construction is advantageous but not essential.
