Her previous experiences, starting as a strategy consultant providing support to large organisations, then moving into hands-on executive roles where she led the organisational changes she had recommended, and ultimately as a business owner/developer, equip her to address the distinct needs of a wide range of professionals. Her unique family story adds an interesting personal touch to the programmes she facilitates. Her clients include some of the world’s leading organisations in banking, FinTech, beauty, luxury, retail, legal, among others.
Coaching expertise
- Lise holds a Master in Management (ESSEC Business School – Paris) and is trained in coaching with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership.
- An ICF-PCC coach, she is certified in numerous assessment and personal development tools for both individuals and teams, and is also an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner.
- She practices in English, French, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- She has lived and worked in France, Hong Kong, and is currently living in London with her family since 2018, working with people from around the world!
