We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Transfer Pricing (TP) Augment team to meet the continually growing demand for the team’s specialist services as a TP delivery hub. We are looking for a self-starting individual who is happy with responsibility, wants to work in a dynamic environment and has the flexibility to work on multiple engagements with different teams simultaneously. Work within the TP Augment team is mainly project delivery based and involves working with the various market teams across the PwC UK TP network.
What Your Days Will Look Like
This role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Involvement across analysis and delivery aspects of transfer pricing planning, documentation, defence and implementation engagements, across all types of intercompany transactions including products, services, intellectual property and financing. Deliverables include Benchmarking, TP Documentation, Financial modelling, Value Chain Analysis, Industry Analysis, wider research and much more.
- Involvement and coordination of global TP Documentation engagements, including data gathering, comparable searches, and financial analyses.
- Expanding the scale, scope and capabilities of the TP Augment team, with particular focus on technical training and development of team members and coaching, mentoring and supervising of team members.

This Role Is For You If You Have
- Ability to proactively manage multiple client portfolios and projects, showing attention to detail, self-motivation and taking full ownership of projects.
- A track record of delivering high-quality TP work against tight deadlines, demonstrating an understanding of client businesses and maintaining professional standards.
- Strong team-building skills with a commitment to contributing to the development of personal and team knowledge and capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiating with and influencing others.
- Strong technical expertise and experience in Transfer Pricing at Senior Associate level or equivalent.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI, ATT, CTA, ADIT or equivalent international qualification).
