About the Role

Our Transfer Pricing team focuses on helping organisations determine the appropriate pricing for transactions between related parties. We delve into how our clients operate, identify their success factors, uncover where value lies, and ensure alignment with international tax regulations.

As a Manager, you'll collaborate with a team of problem solvers who bring extensive consulting and industry experience to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution. Your role will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Leading technical projects
  • Contributing to business development activities

  • Work with deep technical specialists across a broad spectrum of areas
  • Present differentiated thought leadership to our clients
  • Leverage investment in technology, alternative delivery models, and knowledge tools to efficiently deliver work and focus on high-value advisory tasks.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients and provide regular reports to Senior Managers and above
  • Lead the delivery of various technical projects, from initial planning stages to documentation and handling inquiries
  • Manage the financial aspects of client engagements
  • Participate actively in business development activities to identify and develop opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with specialists from our global network to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Train, coach, and supervise junior team members to foster their development
  • Stay current with relevant regulatory and business issues
  • Build and maintain internal relationships while enhancing the PwC brand

The Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Deliver high-quality work
    • Understand clients’ businesses and professional standards
    • Maintain respectful and professional client relationships
  • Extensive experience:
    • Advising multinational clients on transfer pricing
    • Bonus: Experience in corporate tax or related international issues
  • Proven ability to:
    • Manage client portfolios and projects, including all aspects of financial and risk management
    • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks
  • Strong time management skills, ability to plan and execute work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and influencing
  • Ability to:
    • Provide constructive feedback
    • Help team members improve and grow
    • Promptly address issues while maintaining high professional standards
  • Qualification or equivalent work experience:
    • ACA/CTA qualification or international equivalent
    • For international candidates: relevant experience in your home country
