Experienced Litho Printers & Print Assistants | Permanent | Nottingham

Robertson Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading packaging print manufacturers for a number of permanent opportunities based in Nottingham. Our client is a long-established, market-leading business that continues to invest in the latest printing technology, modern manufacturing facilities, and the development of its employees.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit:

  • No. 1 Litho Printers
  • No. 2 Litho Printers
  • Print Assistants

Whether you're an experienced No.1, a skilled No.2 looking to take the next step in your career, or a Print Assistant looking to join a reputable employer, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary

  • No. 1 Litho Printers: £31,183 - £36,365 per annum
  • No. 2 Litho Printers: £26,164 - £29,533 per annum
  • Print Assistants: £25,194 per annum

Salary will be dependent on experience.

The Role

Depending on your experience, duties may include:

  • Setting up and operating lithographic printing presses.
  • Producing high-quality printed packaging to customer specifications.
  • Monitoring print quality throughout production runs.
  • Carrying out machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
  • Assisting with make-readies and changeovers.
  • Maintaining production targets while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience as:

  • No. 1 Litho Printer
  • No. 2 Litho Printer
  • Lithographic Printer
  • Offset Printer
  • Press Operator
  • Print Minder
  • Print Assistant
  • Press Assistant

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a lithographic printing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive and reliable attitude.
  • The ability to work a rotating 3-shift pattern.
  • Experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, Rapida, or similar presses would be highly advantageous.
