The Opportunity
Position: Lithographic Offset Printer
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: 3-Shift Rotation

- Operating the KBA 162 six-colour press with double coater
- Ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety and PPE compliance
- Producing work to agreed quality and performance standards
- Managing colour consistency, ink control, and print quality
- Conducting machine set-up, maintenance, and housekeeping activities
- Performing quality control checks in line with ISO standards
- Reporting any quality or production issues to the Print Manager
- Supporting continuous improvement and wider Health & Safety initiatives
- Contributing positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience in Lithographic Offset Printing
- A manufacturing or print production background
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in colour management and print quality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
