Lithographic Printer
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £17.00 per hour + £125 Monthly Attendance Bonus + Overtime Available
Pin Point Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading print manufacturing company in Peterborough to recruit an experienced Lithographic Printer to join their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating modern Heidelberg lithographic printing equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
As a Lithographic Printer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press, ensuring all work is produced to the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient production and minimising waste.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain a 4 Colour Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Press.
- Produce high-quality printed work, maintaining colour consistency and accurate registration throughout production.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep the press running efficiently.
- Monitor production to minimise waste and reduce downtime.
- Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
- Work closely with colleagues across production and finishing departments to meet customer deadlines.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.

Shift Pattern
Working 12-hour shifts on a two-week rotating pattern:
Week 1
- Thursday
- Friday
Week 2
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday (paid at time and one-third)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating Heidelberg lithographic printing presses or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of lithographic printing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
