Role Overview

  • Hourly Rate: $100–$200
  • Remote: 100%
  • Part-time
  • Hours: 20 or more a week, flexible schedule

Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the psychiatric expertise you already have.

The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real psychiatrists. The teams building them need psychiatric professionals who can create realistic, culturally nuanced case studies, judge how well AI handles assessments and sensitive mental health content, write the documentation and analysis a psychiatrist would provide, and explain exactly where the system falls short. Your clinical judgment helps shape how the next generation of AI handles psychiatric material in both Lithuanian and English. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

What You'll Do

  • Develop complex psychiatric cases drawn from realistic situations with cultural context
  • Assess how AI responds to psychiatric evaluations and sensitive mental health content
  • Prepare the psychiatric documentation, analysis and annotations an expert would write in Lithuanian and English
  • Point out gaps in the system’s grasp of psychiatric ideas and give clear clinical feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
