Role Overview
$100–$200 per hour
100% remote
Part-time
Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the psychology expertise you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real psychology experts. The teams building them need psychologists who can create realistic, culturally sensitive scenarios, judge how well AI handles psychological material, give the feedback an experienced psychologist would give, and explain exactly where the response falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models, making them more accurate, ethical and culturally aware. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you'll do
- Work through psychology case studies and clinical documentation, applying your professional judgment
- Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and assessment materials in Lithuanian and English
- Evaluate AI-generated content and psychological assessments for accuracy and ethical soundness
- Document clear, repeatable evaluation methods and findings for review

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
