Litigated Fee Earner Credit Hire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE | Full-time | Bolton | Hybrid available after probation
We are looking for an experienced Litigated Fee Earner to join our growing team, managing a caseload of claimant credit hire litigation matters.
The Role
- Manage Fast Track and Multi-Track credit hire claims, with some Small Claims.
- Handle liability and quantum disputes from issue through to settlement.
- Progress claims proactively and meet all court deadlines.
- Maintain accurate case management and file records.
- Liaise with clients, credit hire organisations, experts, and counsel.
- Work efficiently towards settlement and timely file closure.

About You
- 2+ years RTA or Personal Injury litigation experience essential.
- Claimant credit hire litigation experience essential.
- Strong knowledge of liability and quantum.
- Fast Track/Multi-Track experience desirable.
- Proclaim experience desirable.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own caseload.
