Kennedys is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Litigation Assistant to join our highly respected Catastrophic Injury team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a top-tier practice, supporting the investigation and management of complex, high-value cases for a diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing serious motor claims, including sensitive matters that may attract national media attention. You'll also work closely with experienced fee-earners, gaining exposure to some of the most challenging and rewarding work in the sector.
About The Team
Kennedys' Serious & Catastrophic Injury team, ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, specialises in large loss and catastrophic injury claims arising from motor, employers' liability (EL), and public liability (PL) incidents. Our work spans cases of the utmost severity, including:

Required Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- 1-2+ years' relevant experience in a legal support or litigation role*
- Experience in defendant personal injury litigation
- Ability to prepare medical chronologies
- Experience arranging expert appointments and conferences with counsel
- Experience supporting large cases within a team environment
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
