Litigation Associate – 1–7 PQE

The Role

You will join a core team dedicated to complex dispute resolution, working on a wide variety of matters, including:

  • Multi-jurisdictional litigation
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Large-scale competition damages claims
  • Other collective actions

The role involves strategic case management from inception through to resolution, detailed drafting of pleadings and submissions, and regular contact with institutional clients. Given the nature of the team’s work, this is a hands-on position with strong opportunities for responsibility, advocacy exposure, and international coordination.

What They’re Looking For

  • Between 1 and 7 years’ post-qualification experience (England & Wales)
  • Solid background in complex or high-value litigation; experience in competition damages claims, financial services disputes, or group actions is highly desirable
  • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams and complex claims concurrently
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute in a close-knit, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong academic profile and ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
