Role: Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Payout: $140 - $400/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to work on a contract basis. The role involves handling legal research, drafting motions, and assisting with case strategy for a range of litigation matters. The position requires experience in civil litigation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs under supervision.
- Assist with discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
- Analyze case law, statutes, and legal precedents to develop case strategies.
- Prepare and file court documents in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage case workflows and meet litigation timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation or related legal practice.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Strong writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.
