Location: Northwich with hybrid working offered after induction and training
Salary: £34,534 - £39,604 Per Annum plus bonus

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Executive to join our successful Litigation team in Northwich
As a Litigation Executive you will be:
- Managing a caseload of post-issue credit hire claims on behalf of clients to settlement or to conclusion up to and including at the final hearing
- Communicating with clients, counsel, 3rd party insurers and solicitors to maximise the outcome of clients’ claims.
- Advising clients on legal matters, explaining complex procedures, and developing case strategies.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, including court pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
- Investigating disputes, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing evidence.
- Ensuring compliance with Court and Regulatory deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements
- Attending hearings to assist barristers or exercising rights of audience in county/magistrates' courts for specific applications.
- Negotiating settlements and engaging in dispute resolution and mediation
- Managing your own varied caseloads in a timely manner.

About you
- Previous experience in a client-focused litigation role (e.g. paralegal, legal executive)
- Basic knowledge of credit hire claims and litigation processes
- Confident communicator with strong organisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing a busy caseload
- Positive, resilient and keen to achieve results as part of a collaborative team
- You have excellent time manage and organizational skills, with a calm and methodical approach to work and a flexible and adaptable attitude to resolving issues.
- You have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- You have great attention to detail and accuracy.
