Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Senior Legal PA looking for your next career move? This could be the perfect opportunity to join a prestigious and fast-paced specialist litigation firm based in Central London.
Working directly with a Founding Partner, you will play a key role in providing proactive, high-level support across a busy and varied workload. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Managing correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Preparing documents and meeting materials

You will also:
- Liaise confidently with clients, counsel, and senior stakeholders
- Assist with client and business development activities
- Provide support on ad hoc projects
The ability to anticipate the Partner’s needs, manage competing priorities, and work with complete discretion will be key to your success.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, Legal PA, or Senior Legal Secretary who has ideally supported a Partner or senior individual within a law firm or professional services environment. You will be highly organised, proactive, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
