Are you an experienced litigation professional with a background in debt recovery and team leadership?
We're looking for a Litigation Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for managing debt recovery cases across England and Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine litigation expertise with people management, helping drive successful recovery outcomes while developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of litigation professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end litigation process for debt recovery cases.
- Make informed decisions around legal action, enforcement activity and recovery strategies.
- Work closely with external solicitors and legal partners to progress cases through to resolution.
- Provide expert advice on litigation strategy, legal risk and commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and recovery results.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular case updates.

Experience Required
- Previous experience managing debt recovery litigation cases.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes, court procedures and enforcement activity.
- Experience handling cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from initiation to judgment.
- Knowledge of debt recovery legislation and legal processes across England and Scotland.
- Background within collections, recoveries or debt management environments.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
