Are you a motivated Paralegal looking to develop your legal career in a supportive, fast-paced environment?
Ascent Performance Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our litigation team, supporting solicitors on a varied caseload from pre-action through to post-judgment.

About the Role
You’ll gain hands-on legal experience in litigation-focused debt recovery, working collaboratively across the business to help cases progress efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing litigation-focused debt recovery matters
- Preparing witness statements and court documents
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Providing professional updates via phone and email
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures
About You
- Law degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing a busy workload
- Prior legal experience desirable, but not essential
