Thomas Harvey Solicitors is a boutique Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Professional Negligence, Shareholder Disputes, Property Litigation, Contentious Probate, and General Commercial Litigation. We pride ourselves on delivering expert legal services with a client-focused approach.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis in North Leeds. This role requires someone with a minimum of five years of experience as a Paralegal in Litigation. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and are passionate about dispute resolution, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Document Preparation & Review – Draft, review, and manage legal documents with precision.
- Case Management – Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and assist with case progression.
- Legal Research – Conduct in-depth research to support litigation cases.
- Administrative Support – Assist with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Client Communication – Engage professionally with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Team Support – Work collaboratively with solicitors and colleagues to ensure smooth case handling.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of five years’ experience as a Paralegal or Litigation Legal Executive.
- Strong legal document drafting and review skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in legal research and case analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
