Role Description
The Litigation Paralegal will support the firm’s Personal Injury and, where required, managing case files, preparing documentation, and assisting with court-related processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing case materials, preparing pleadings and motions, and maintaining accurate records and timelines. The role also involves liaising with clients, courts, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather information, coordinate appointments, and ensure matters progress efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Glasgow, requiring consistent collaboration with solicitors and other team members to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review for litigation matters.
- Proficiency in legal research to support case strategy and preparation.
- Experience drafting pleadings and motions for personal injury and related claims.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet court and internal deadlines.
- Experience working in a law firm or legal environment, ideally within litigation or personal injury.
- Comfort with legal case management systems and standard office software.
- Commitment to client care, confidentiality, and ethical professional standards.
