Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Islington. The Litigation Paralegal will support solicitors with case preparation, including drafting and organising legal documents, pleadings and applications.

  • Conducting legal research
  • Reviewing and summarising documents and evidence
  • Managing documents and case files
  • Maintaining accurate records and timelines

The role also involves:

  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Assisting with trial bundles
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with firm and regulatory standards

The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners to support efficient case progression across a range of litigation matters.

Qualifications

  • Relevant legal qualification
  • Candidates must have a strong law degree and must have completed the Legal Practice Course or SQE1 and SQE2
  • Prior experience working as a Litigation Paralegal is not necessary but may assist depending on the quality of the experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Proficient in standard office and case management software, with strong organisational and administrative skills
