Paralegal - Travel Team
We have a new opportunity for a Paralegal within our Travel team based from our Southampton office. Our award-winning team act for claimants and defendant insurers and airlines following accidents or claims that occur abroad or during travel.
The Travel team handles the full range of injury claims to include catastrophic injuries, such as head and spinal injuries and amputations and all manner of insurance disputes. With some of the leading lawyers at the cutting edge of this very interesting area of law, we are a commercially focused and friendly team, dedicated to getting the right results for our clients whatever their circumstances.

Whilst previous experience within aviation claims would be ideal, we're open to receiving applications from candidates with broader experience gained within litigation or insurance. We support hybrid working, typically with 3 days flexible office attendance, according to business need.

Skills / Experience Required
- Previous experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally with experience of aviation/insurance or personal injury claims.
- Confident and personable - able to place clients at ease and build rapport.
- A strong understanding of the commercial aspects of delivering legal services.
- A team player - willing to support others and be flexible.
- Strong academics.
- Motivated and ambitious.
- A proactive approach to practice development.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in proving an excellent level of client/customer service.
