I am recruiting for a paralegal assistant to join my personal injury litigation team to provide support across the Part 7 litigation team.
The team's work is varied and ranges from disputed road traffic accidents through to more complex higher value or non-motor claims.
The role will involve supporting the whole team which comprises of a mix of Solicitors, and other lawyers with decades of experience.
Telephone client contact is crucial to the role to deal with new enquiries and chasing instructions for the team. Thereafter, there will be work with telephone and email communications with routine updates, ensure attendance at appointments, as well as working alongside the lead lawyers assisting with trial preparation. Opportunities to develop legal research skills and develop insight into the litigation process will follow with experience of the role for the right candidate.

Previous office experience is a strong advantage, and some personal injury experience would be ideal, but not essential. A Law Degree would be a bonus, but the key requirement is someone who is keen, organised, and diligent who will provide excellent support to the team and our clients.
The role is fully 'in-office' in Stockport with on-site parking. No agencies.
