About the Role
This successful and prestigious law firm has won a huge volume of new business. Due to their reputation in the market, they are the "Go To" firm for Civil Litigation cases. The main focus will be related to property disputes, but in time there could be opportunities to work on commercial litigation cases, contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency, and debt recovery.
With a number of highly renowned partners, the firm is in demand and there is an opportunity for an ambitious Litigation Paralegal to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms.

Responsibilities
Property Litigation is a key part of this job. This will cover:
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
- Recovery of debts including outstanding rental income
- Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
- Recovery of outstanding service charges
- Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
- Breach of Covenant
- Claims for disrepair

Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Litigation Paralegal with 1-2 years' relevant experience to move into a busy, warm desk with lots of business and opportunity.
