Job Description: Litigation Solicitor
Our client, a highly regarded commercial law firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its established team based in their Manchester offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Taking instructions and giving good commercial advice
- Leading on lower value claims (subject to light touch supervision from senior lawyers in the team)
- Working collaboratively with senior lawyers on the team in relation to high value claims, undertaking all steps in relation to the litigation
- Undertaking JSMs and mediations
- Writing articles to create social media content
- Undertaking BD (suitable for relevant PQE)

Key Skills And Experience
- Qualified solicitor with between 3 and 6 years’ PQE
- Strong commercial litigation experience
- Strong technical knowledge
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
