Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE | Gloucestershire
I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Gloucestershire that is looking to strengthen its established Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor at 5+ PQE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially minded litigator looking for a broad caseload, genuine client exposure, and a clear route for progression within a growing team.
You'll have the opportunity to manage your own matters while also working alongside experienced senior lawyers on larger and more complex cases.
The opportunity:
- Established and progressive Dispute Resolution team
- Broad range of general, civil, and commercial disputes
- Exposure to property litigation and contentious probate
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Regular client contact and responsibility for case strategy
- Court, mediation, and settlement experience
- Opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers on larger matters
- Support and supervise more junior members of the team
- Scope to develop your own client relationships and business development profile
