Litigation Solicitor - Civil and Commercial
Essex-based, Excellent salary and opportunities for personal and career growth
This successful and prestigious law firm has won a huge volume of new business. Due to their reputation in the market, they are the "Go To" firm for Litigation cases with an emphasis on civil and commercial dispute resolutions.
This will include property disputes, commercial litigation cases, contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency, and debt recovery.
With several highly renowned partners, the firm is in demand, and there is an opportunity for an ambitious Litigation solicitor to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Big City Law firms.

You will benefit from excellent training and development and will have the support of experienced solicitors to help you learn and develop.
Requirements
- Litigation experience of commercial and civil cases
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Opening and closing client files
- Due diligence on clients
- Billing and ensuring payments are made
- Working with courts and third parties for required paperwork and documentation
- Assisting with Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
- Recovery of debts
- Possession Claims – residential and commercial property
- Recovery of outstanding service charges
- Breach of Covenant
- Claims for disrepair
- Legal / Beneficial Ownership
- Preparation of paperwork for both the County Court and High Court
