NQ - 2-year Litigation Solicitor - Nottingham - In-House Insurance Role

Must be able to work in the office 3-4 days per week.

Astral Legal have partnered with a global insurance provider who offers risk-management solutions and business underwriting.

Litigation Solicitor Duties:

  • Running caseloads from inception to completion
  • Assessing what is capable of being negotiated, what will be litigated, and what is not pursuable
  • Conducting litigation on assigned cases
  • Preparing advice
  • Sending Letters of Claim
  • Managing cases on those Letters of Claim
  • Demonstrating appropriate, consistent, and complete consideration of our customers and potential customers' interests, throughout our business, on a continuous basis.

Newly Qualified up to 2 years PQE.

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent and timely communication skills, including face-to-face and written presentation
  • Litigation experience within your training contract
