The Role

The successful Litigation Solicitor will assist the law firm's Head of Litigation in further developing the department and mixed caseload of litigation matters. This will involve a diverse mix of commercial litigation and civil litigation matters and genuine scope for career development. As your confidence and experience grow you will be able to conduct your own broad range of files including property litigation matters, landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate, and commercial disputes.

  • A good understanding of general litigation.
