The Role
- Join a well respected, high street firm and manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, advising both individuals and businesses across a wealth of disputes.
- Take ownership of cases from instruction through to resolution and provide professional legal advice tailored to each client.
- Conduct detailed case preparation, including legal research, drafting correspondence, pleadings and other procedural documentation.
- Work collaboratively with experienced practitioners on complex and high value disputes.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of a progressive litigation department whilst strengthening your own technical and commercial expertise.

The Candidate
- Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors from NQ level upwards who can demonstrate experience working with general civil litigation matters.
- A strong understanding of civil litigation principles and procedures, with the ability technical knowledge effectively.
- You will be confident managing an independent caseload and be keen to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
- The successful candidate will preferably possess experience in property litigation, contractual disputes or debt recovery.
