Napier Solicitors is a highly respected multi-service law firm, based in Belfast’s city centre. It advises clients across a broad range of practice areas including litigation, insolvency, employment, education, property, wills and trusts. As the firm approaches its centenary, Napier Solicitors is growing and is seeking a NQ to 2 year PQE solicitor with a background in County Court litigation to join its dedicated, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for a large and varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Provide technical and strategic advice to clients.
- Engage in pre-action correspondence, prepare court papers and other documents relevant to proceedings, engage in settlement discussions.
- Maintain excellent standards of client care, file management, compliance and professional judgement.
- Contribute positively to the team through collaborative working and knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements
- Experience in County Court litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and client expectations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with appropriate supervision.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in personal injury litigation
