Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor
NQ - 3 PQE | Worcestershire
I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is continuing to grow its Dispute Resolution team in Worcester, with an opportunity for a Solicitor at NQ-3 PQE. This is a strong opportunity for a litigation lawyer looking for quality work, variety and genuine progression, within an established and supportive team.
The role
You'll work with a broad range of individual and business clients, advising across a varied civil and commercial disputes caseload, including:
- Civil and commercial litigation
- Property and land disputes
- Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
- Professional negligence
- Contractual disputes
- Private nuisance and Party Wall matters
- TOLATA and defamation claims
- Wider contentious matters

Who are they looking for?
I'm keen to speak with NQ-3 PQE Solicitors with experience across civil, commercial or general dispute resolution. You don't need to have experience across every area above. The key is that you're a strong contentious lawyer who enjoys client contact and is looking for a platform to develop and build a long-term career.
