Property Litigation Solicitor
We’re recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to join Nigel Davis Solicitors.
Property disputes are about more than land and buildings. They concern people’s homes, businesses and livelihoods—and require solicitors who can combine sound legal judgement with practical solutions.
With offices in Ashbourne and Uttoxeter, our firm has strong roots in the countryside and the rural business community. We offer interesting, varied disputes work and the opportunity to develop your career within a close-knit litigation team.

What can you expect?
- Responsibility for your own matters and direct relationships with clients.
- Property disputes alongside opportunities to become involved in wider business and commercial litigation.
- Hands-on involvement in case strategy, drafting, negotiations and working with counsel.
- Close support from experienced colleagues, with room to develop and progress.
We would like to hear from solicitors with strong drafting skills, practical judgement and the confidence to take ownership of their work. An interest in agriculture and rural affairs would be particularly welcome.
