Location: Liverpool or Wigan office
Working Arrangement: Hybrid / Flexible

About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, commercially focused law firm with an established reputation and a forward-thinking approach to legal services.
The firm has developed a strong national reputation for its expertise in debt recovery litigation, acting for a broad range of clients across the UK.
Its key areas of work include:
- Finance: Acting for clients ranging from SME lenders to some of the UK’s leading credit and car finance providers.
- Local Authority: Supporting 85 local authorities across England and Wales with the recovery of unpaid business rates and council tax, as well as advising on complex recovery matters.
- Housing: Representing some of the UK’s largest accommodation providers across the private rented, student accommodation and Build to Rent sectors.

The Role
The firm is seeking applications from candidates across a range of experience levels, including:
- Qualified solicitors with experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery.
- Experience managing a caseload and conducting litigation.
- Strong organisational, analytical and client management skills.
- A commercially focused approach to legal work.
- Experience in financial litigation or local authority work
