Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: London
Level: NQ-5 PQE
We’re working with a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with experience across commercial disputes and property litigation, who wants to work on a varied caseload and have genuine responsibility for their matters and clients.
The Role
You’ll advise a broad range of businesses, property owners, landlords, tenants, and individuals on a variety of contentious matters, including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Breach of contract and contractual claims
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease disputes and breaches of lease
- Property-related disputes
- Possession and injunction proceedings
- Boundary and easement disputes
- Property development disputes
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Professional negligence and other commercial claims

You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, work closely with senior lawyers, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
About You
We’re looking for a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, property litigation, or a combination of both.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience handling contentious matters from instruction through to resolution
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload and deadlines
- A commercial and practical approach to legal problems
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and other professionals

Property litigation experience would be particularly advantageous, but candidates coming from a strong commercial disputes background with relevant property experience will also be considered.
