Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.
- Play an active role in the development of the business and client relationship management.
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advise clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:
- Contentious probate.
- Contracts disputes.
- Property disputes.
- TOLATA claims.
- Company and shareholder disputes.
- Employment disputes.

The Candidate
The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has at least 2 years experience handling litigation matters.
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
- Possess strong technical knowledge across a range of litigation matters.
- Exhibit excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
