A well-respected legal firm is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.

Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

  • Work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.
  • Play an active role in the development of the business and client relationship management.
  • Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
  • Advise clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:
    • Contentious probate.
    • Contracts disputes.
    • Property disputes.
    • TOLATA claims.
    • Company and shareholder disputes.
    • Employment disputes.

The Candidate

The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has at least 2 years experience handling litigation matters.

  • Lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge across a range of litigation matters.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
